The following are the topics of this communication:
1999 Invitation for the managerial meeting of the WVA. 1999 Invitation for the official meeting of the WVA. 1999 Invitation for the Symposium of the WVA.
It was decided during the 1998 Karttik meeting of the WVA that the date for the managerial meeting would be changed to the day before Rama Ekadasi and the date of the official meeting to the day after Rama Ekadasi.
Managerial meeting
Place: Vrinda Kunj, 169 Bhut Gali, Gopishwar Road, Vrindavan.
Date: November 3rd.
Time: 10 a.m. Invited are: WVA Founding members, Acharyas, Sannyasis, and other interested Vaisnavas.
Topic: Yearly report from the co-ordinators of the WVA committees, discussion of new WVA activities.
Nama Sankirtan
Date: November 5th Time: 7 a.m.
Starting place: Srila B.H. Bhon Maharaj's bhajan Kutir, near Madan Mohan Temple. Invited are: All Vaisnavas with kartals, mridangas and any other instrument.
Official meeting: Place: Munger Mandir, Mathura Road, near Sri Chaitanya Gaudiya Math. Date: November 5th. Time: 3 p.m. Invited are: All Vaisnavas.
Topic: The establishment of sanatana dharma preached by Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu as the world religion.
Symposium: Place: Yamuna Kunj, Andher Ghat, Parikrama Marg, near Imli Tala. Date: 25-31 October and 14-22 November. Time: 9-11 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Invited are: All Vaisnavas. Topics: Various.
Speakers: Ten Acharyas and nine leading Vaisnavas of different Vaisnava Missions.

The Symposium will consist in morning and afternoon lectures on several topics. The list of the speakers and their subjects and other information related to the Symposium will be given on a separate leaflet.
