Anyone who is interested in joining a class-action suit in order to finally get justice on the issue of abuse by ISKCON leaders, please contact myself or Ms. Reeves. If you send Ms. Reeves an email, then please also include me as a "cc".

Mr. Best:
Thank you for contacting me so quickly. Yes, Mr. Turley is interested in looking at this case. Please feel free to have others contact me using our 800 number [800-692-4025] or my e-mail address: pamr@wturley.com. I'm not sure where you are located, but it might be best for us to visit personally on this issue. If you feel that you could get a majority of the folks you know who are interested in going forward, please let me know when and where we could arrange such a meeting. As you well know, it would be vitally important to the success of such a case to have multiple plaintiffs bring the charges. Also, due to the private nature of this organization, we would have to rely heavily on the help of the clients to uncover the evidence as well as the leadership and assets of ISKCON. I look forward to hearing from you and others.

Some time ago you contacted our firm. Have you hired an atty? If not, please contact me asap by e-mail or telephone. (800) 692-4025.
Dear Ms. Reeves:
No, we have not hired an attorney as of yet. Are you interested in taking this case?
It involves scores of sexual molesters of children and somewhere around one thousand victims! Much of the abuse took place on property owned by the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) at the officially run ISKCON school in Dallas, Texas, where you are located.
The current crop of ISKCON leaders are a bunch of *****, who say that the Christians are all nonsense because one needs a "living guru"! They have been trying to convince the world for over 21 years that they are even better than Jesus because they are "living gurus" and that Lord Jesus is dead! This was never stated by the founder of our ISKCON movement, A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, who is alleged to have been murdered by some of his followers in late 1977. These same followers also helped to illegally seize power in ISKCON in early 1978.
When some of Prabhupada's followers tried to get him to say that the Christians are all nonsense because they don't have a "living guru", he said just the opposite, that the relationship that the Christians have with Lord Jesus Christ is bona fide, and the conversation was recorded on tape!
These "better than Jesus" leaders, have, since their illegal takeover in 1978, committed many easily provable criminal acts including physical, mental, and sexual abuse of children, physical, mental, and sexual abuse of women, and even murder!
The sexual child molestations have been admitted to, in an official ISKCON publication just last year, and this was reported on the front page of the New York Times, and in many other publications. The admission was filled with very obvious lies, to try to protect these corrupt leaders from any criminal negligence charges. It will be very easy to prove that they are lies, because thousands of people, many of whom had their own children molested, or were themselves molested as children and are now grown up, would be more than willing to testify.
I personally feel, as the father of a sexually molested child, molested by his teachers in an official ISKCON-run school, that all of the assets of ISKCON should be turned over to the victims, and to the parents of the victims. Your law firm previously won $23.4 million for 11 victims, so $2 billion for one thousand victims would not be unreasonable!
Again I say, are you interested in taking this case?
Sincerely, Howard Best
PS: Is it okay to give out your 800 number and/or your email address? ******* End of forwarded message ********
