Translation: Reality is eternal - this physical universe is not eternal. The ultimate Reality is sat chit ananda vigraha, the Deity of eternal consciousness and bliss. Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is that Deity, Lord Sri Krishna Himself, come into this world again in a golden form.
If we carefully study who Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu really is, we cannot but find that He is the ultimate Reality. The highest form of Reality is also the highest form of ecstasy (ananda). The astonishing dancing of Sri Krishna Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (nrtya) arises from the overflowing ocean of transcendental ecstasy that He feels inwardly, and when He chants the Holy Name of Sri Krishna (kirtana) all other souls who hear His chanting - men, women, children, animals, trees, etc. - are touched and moved by waves of that sea of joy. They too begin to dance and sing the Holy Name of Sri Krishna.
I sing with joy the unending glories of my Divine Master, Sri Gaurasundar the beautiful, the Golden Volcano of Divine Love.
Sri Prema Dhama Deva Stotram is a poem of 72 verses, describing the pastimes and philosophy of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu. The entire poem, illuminated with pictures depicting pastimes of the Lord from His birth to His later activities in Puri, can now be seen online on the web site of the Sri Chaitanya Saraswat Sridhar Sangha, the Australian Mission of Srila B S Govinda Maharaj.
