NARAYAN MAHARAJA'S 78TH APPEARANCE DAY - SUNDAY 17TH JANUARY 1999 Dear VNN readers, please accept my dandavat pranams. All glories to Sri Guru and Gauranga! This Sunday, 17th January, marks the 78th Appearance Day of Srila Bhaktivedanta Narayan Gosvami Maharaja. His manifest pastimes in this realm commenced February 16th 1921, on the amavasya dark moon night. Srila Maharaja is currently touring S.E.Asia and Australasia, continuing his ongoing mission to revive and invigorate devotees worldwide by bringing inspiration in the form of definitive Gaudiya siddhanta and sweet Hari-katha to every corner of the globe. Please read this brief account of the exemplary life of this Gaudiya Vaishnava saint, who is the personification of unfailing, selfless service to Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu and all the acaryas in our line.
