WORLD December 24, 1998 VNN2734 See Related VNN Stories Determine Your Constitution BY MURARI CHAITANYA DASA HEALTH, Dec 24 (VNN) — In Shuddha Ayurveda, there are Seven Constitutional Types: Vata Pitta Kapha Vata-Pitta Vata-Kapha Pitta-Kapha Vata-Pitta-Kapha Other systems of Ayurveda postulate the existence of three more types (Pitta-Vata, Kapha-Vata, and Kapha-Pitta). However, this is neither traditional nor authorized. To determine your constitution, choose the best answer for each category. Each answer corresponds, in order, to Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Add your answers for each dosha (V-P-K). The highest total is your main dosha. If two totals are close, you may have a dual constitution. If all three are equal, you have a most unusual Tridoshic Constitution, which the shastra claims does not exist in Kali yuga!
