WORLD  Keep Kartika Festival Drug Free BY DEENA BANDHU DAS VRINDAVAN, INDIA, Sep 17 (VNN) — Unfortunately, we have to issue a warning to those coming to Vrindavan to disturb the spiritual atmosphere of the Holy Dham. The Intelligence Bureau has informed us that they are aware of certain people who misuse the Kartika Festival for trafficking in narcotics. They will have plain clothes officers on the lookout. The temple authorities also have a digital camera that will be use to photograph such persons suspected of misuing the temple premises in this way and turn the photos over to the concerned authorities and emabassies.
