WORLD   Deadline Approaching BY CHILDREN OF KRISHNA INC. USA, Jun 8 (VNN) — Children of Krishna, Inc. wants to offer a reminder to the youth of the Hare Krishna movement that the deadline for filing a claim with the bankruptcy courts is June 30 th. Eleven temples of the International Society for Krishna consciousness have filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy (Re-Organization) and want to contact any student who may have been abused in Krishna boarding schools in the 1970's or 1980's. The court has set this deadline date and so it is very important that anyone who wishes to file a claim do so by this date. There may be many youth who have been abused that are not aware of this deadline. If you personally know of any youth who were abused, please make sure they are aware of this deadline. Children of Krishna, Inc. supports, furthers, and protects the educational, economic, emotional, and spiritual advancement of the children of the Hare Krishna Movement, through our grant programs, information network, and associated resources.
