On Nov. 7, 2002, in Sridhama Mayapura, a pillar of devotion left this world. He was one of the leading acaryas of the Gaudiya Vedanta Samiti and a friend of Srila Bhaktivedanta Swami Maharaja. He is honored as a siksa guru by tens of thousands Indian devotees and also by thousands of Westerners.
