Copyright Claims Of Word "Vedic"

BY HRSIKESANANDA DAS

USA, Dec 6 (VNN) — The PGA has been informed of an on going dispute, and feel it is an issue which should be made public to the network of Planetary Gemology Service Providers; and, if necessary, to the media. It seems Mr. Terry O'Sullivan has been harassing PGA Founder Member Mr. Howard Beckman for some time by claiming to own the copyright on the English word "Vedic" - whenever it is used in connection with any other English words that denote gems or jewelry. In other words, Mr. O'Sullivan claims ownership of the word "Vedic."

Mr. Beckman wishes to inform all to whom it may concern about this continued harassment against him by Mr. Terry O'Sullivan, and to warn all others in the field of Planetary Gemology to take notice of Mr. Terry O'Sullivan's unfounded claims and to beware of similar harassment which may be caused by him.
