WORLD  Comment on this story Crime Branch Filed An Incomplete Charge BY BHAKTA DASA INDIA, Nov 14 (VNN) — Dear Mom and Family, HARE KRISHNA! The latest news is the Crime Branch has filed an incomplete charge sheet, and our name is included. They are asking for additional time for investigation. This additional investigation is to investigate my side of the case, as I have informed the police that I was present in the temple on the night when this alleged incident took place. So we are not out of trouble. The police somehow are fully convinced that something really happened to this young girl, in spite of the total lack of proper medical eveiden e to support it. Really we are bewildered by this. We are trying to be patient with these police, and try still to convince them of our innocense. But their minds are already convinced we are guilty, so it is a hard job to change them. We are trying. For the time being I am relinquising my financial management here to Vishna Maharaja and Bhishma, as their minds are clear and the can see more clearly them me. I am being easily misled by people and therefore get cheated. Vishnu Maharaja is the most sober and clear person I know, and he has more integrity than anyonen I know also. The matter here now is not really money, it is a martter of convincing the police that I was not present at this woman's home at any time, and that I went to Bangkoo for my business, not to sell a sex video which they beleive I made of the child rape! It is so unreal and insane. Frankly I do not know how to handle anything at all. It seems everythins we try, goes wrong, no matter how good our intentions are. Krishna, at this time is forcing me to simply chant His Holy Name, read about Him, and stay away from money matters and people interested in money. At this point, I am only being cheated, so better to let Bhishma and Vishnu Maharaja handle this for the time being. It looks like I will be moving from Puri to Cuttack in a few days, to the medical center there for "further treatment", as the doctor here is under pressure to send me back to jail. He can instead send me to a more modern place and away from Puri while they continue their invesitation. Please continue sending letters, also send to the Home Minister and the Human Rights Commission. I believe you all have the lsts of contact address.
