WORLD February 9, 2000 VNN5439 Comment on this story Apology From Jayadhvaja Das BY JAYADHVAJA DAS USA, Feb 9 (VNN) — Governing Body Commissioners February 8, 2000 Sannyasis Godbrothers & devotees Dear Maharajas and Prabhus, please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada! Due to my proud, offensive mentality, bad association and carelessness I have committed tremendous Vaisnava aparadha. I was involved in philosophical misconceptions and politics, and now I fully realize that this behavior destroyed my spiritual life.
I lost my friends, and worst of all I fell down from the sannyasa order of life. I lost the association of devotees and my devotional service which I had promised to my beloved Srila Prabhupada, the opportunity to perform service within ISKCON. At this moment, due to the mercy of His Holiness Kesava Swami, he has engaged me in some service in the Miami temple. I am trying my best to recover and receive the blessings of the Vaisnavas. From the core of my heart I would like to ask you to please forgive the offenses that I have committed against all devotees in Prabhupada's movement. I am hankering for your kind consideration and blessings to keep me in Prabhupada's shelter. I hope this finds you in good health and a happy mood of service to Srila Prabhupada.
