Another whisper has been discovered shortly before the one above which is very faint and is also being analyzed now. As soon as the findings of this analysis becomes available VNN will post it.

The impact that the events of the last few days have had on the Vaishnava community can be characterized by excerpts from some letters received by VNN:

"As I downloaded the audio clip from VNN where a microphone picked up a whisper of somebody mentioning "poison," I became overwhelmed with fear; that someone in Prabhupada's close circle had such dark and evil intentions and I was shortly going to be taken, via audio clip, to that conspiratorial moment in time where two conspirators were executing their plan."

and

"If I may venture to speculate on a last thought in this strange and dark episode in the beginning of this kali-yuga, the similarities between Srila Prabhupada and his eleven successors remind me of Christ and his apostles who all forsook Christ and left him at the mercy of his executioners. Why are these two stories so similar, so tragic and condemning of the close associates of the representatives of the Lord? If history does in fact repeat itself, then let's bring on the institutionalization of Vaisnavism, the Crusades, the karmi-hunts, and more of the dark-ages." (full letter here)

Another letter states:

"If your father is ill and you hear him say that he thinks he is being poisoned, wouldn't you do something about it immediately?"

While I stayed in Delhi, I had a lot of problems with my health and I went to see one very well-known kaviraja whose name is TRIGUNA. He is Ayurvedic doctor in Delhi. He need just few seconds to know the past, present and the future position of the body and the mind of a person. He personally told me he was treating Srila Prabhupada in Vrindavan. Ys,

PAMHO! AGTSP! You have asked in the VNN news letter for information about who was taping Srila Prabhupadas conversations in Vrindaban. As I recall when I was there on two different occasions (for about 6 weeks in May/June 77 and 6 weeks in Sept/Oct 77) Tamal Krishna Goswami would always inform everyone going into the room with Srila Prabhupada (this was especially so during my second 6 weeks) to be sure that they or someone else taped any words spoken by Srila Prabhupada. Usually this was done by the nurse or secretary or whomever was attending to Srila Prabhupada at the time. However Tamal did not want to leave anything to chance and often only one devotee would be in the room with Srila Prabhupada at a time (either reading to, or doing kirtan for, or massaging His Divine Grace) and Tamal wanted to make sure that the tape was rolling whenever Srila Prabhupada spoke. I also remember that everyone always made sure that when the tapes were finished they were returned to him (Tamal). He would write on them the date and some other info (I am not exactly sure) and keep them (where I am not exactly sure). This is what I remember about the tapes. I left Vrindaban in the end of October and returned on the disappearance day of His Divine Grace. I hope this was helpful. Please continue to keep me
