ISKCON's First All-Women Temple

USA (VNN) - ISKCON Krishna House is not just another temple. It is unique because it is ISKCON's only all-women's temple. It is a place where young aspiring lady devotees of Lord Krishna can be trained in every aspect of Krishna Consciousness, including giving Srimad Bhagavatam and Bhagavad Gita classes, book distribution, offering pujas, dressing deities, leading Kirtan and Harinams, cooking etc. Despite the all-women's format, many leaders of ISKCON are regularly coming to visit the temple.

They have regular programs every Thursday and Sunday at 6:30 pm at their center. These consist of Bhajana, Kirtan, Bhagavad Gita class, and Vegetarian Feast. In addition to these programs, they also have programs at Kent University (Kent Ohio) And Ohio University (Athens Ohio).
