LETTERS January 1, 2004 VNN8497  Jesus Was Not God BY GHANASHYAM DAS LETTERS, Jan 1 (VNN) — Hare Krishna. It is said in the recent article that the Hare Krishnas worship Jesus as an incarnation of their Supreme Lord Krishna. This is an incorrect statement. Srila Prabhupad always said that Jesus was guru and son of God, not God himself or his incarnation. Hence please be certain before stating such facts. Also all our incarnations are mentioned in the Vedas and Jesus is not mentioned as an incarnation. Rather he himself said that he was son of god.
