All glories to Srila Prabhupada My Dear God Brothers and Sisters and all others, 1. The BBT does not have the right to let Hansadutta das publish Srila Prabhupada's books as he alone sees fit. The rights will always belong to the BBT. 2. If Both parties continue the situation as it is, the BBT (BBTI) and Hansadutta then all of Srila Prabhupada's followers have the right to publish His books. Hansadutta das is a soul equal to all others. He has no special rights, nor do any of us. But if he is allowed to print Srila Prabhupada's books then we all have the same right. 3. If the BBT does not retain the rights as Srila Prabhupada wanted then WE MUST CONSIDER THAT HIS BOOKS ARE NOW PUBLIC DOMAIN! 4. As far as changes to the books: If Srila Prabhupada sat and listened to His books being read during class or other times and did not object to the language being used then no changes should be made. I remember in Philadelphia Srila Prabhupada stopped class when He heard the name NARAYAN repeated three times instead of once as he had written. He states to his Godbrothers and sisters "ensure our right to publish Srila Prabhupada's works all over the world" The court in taking away the rights of the BBT has given EQUAL RIGHTS TO ALL GODBROTHERS AND SISTERS.
