Turn to Prabhupada

Neither politician, nor scholar, nor loved one can retrieve us.
Fallen souls in different roles unwittingly deceive us.
But he who walks in Krsna's grace can thwart this great disaster.
Turn our face to Prabhupada, our lord and perfect master.

In troubled times we can't be swayed by claimants who "know better",
if we hope to gain release from Maya's crushing fetter.
Follow in the footsteps of one perfect in behavior.
Turn our way to Prabhupada, our acarya and our savior.

Now we face the greatest test amidst a stark confusion.
We must determine which is real and which is just illusion.
Have faith that there is someone on whom we can depend.
Turn our hearts to Prabhupada, our well wisher and our friend.

As brothers, uncles, nephews, stand prepared to fight,
consider not which side is stronger, only which is right.
And when they ask us where we stand, we'll say with pride and candor:
"Our allegiance is to Prabhupada, our absolute commander."
