Srila Prabhupada Disciple Database

Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,

PAMHO. AGTSP. Uniting Srila Prabhupada's Family is an on-going Centennial Project. We are trying to locate all diksa-initiated disciples of Srila Prabhuapda and compile a database. Our goals are to glorify Srila Prabhupada by keeping an accurate record of his diksa-initiated disciples for posterity, we have proposed to create a devotee memorial with all names and place/date of initiation at Srila Prabhupada's Samadhi Mandir in Mayapur, and we want to encourage everyone in pursuing Krsna consciousness via our newsletter, Prabhupadanuga, which we are sending out to all US addresses of the SP disciples in our current database.

However, we need your help to complete this list. What you can do:

1) If you are initiated by Srila Prabhupada, please write me back with the following info:

1) spiritual name (including das or dasi)
2) place initiated (and which temple you were from--only if different from place init)
3) month/year of initiation
4) karmi name
5) current mailing address
6) e-mail address
6) name of spouse(s) and/or ex-spouse(s)
7) his/her spiritual master
8) if spouse(s) and ex-spouse(s) init by SP, then ALL his/her info as above too

If you've already met me personally and have given me your information, I'd still like to know your e-mail address, so please write me with your spiritual
name.
