Robots, Web Cartel and Terrorism

Please stop for a moment and think. Modern days and modern ways. According to Srila Rupa Goswami we should use everything in Krishna's service. This instruction can also easily mislead us to think that we (considering ourselves Vaisnavas) can do anything we like.

This is not true. We can also make fools of ourselves and of what we think is Vaisnavism. I fear the general public may get a similar misunderstanding when they watch strange behavior by some claiming to represent Srila Prabhupada.

Do we really need to have a Srila Prabhupada robot, half-skin and half-electronic gear, as in the picture in the ISKCON brochure? Is the robot going to be able to tell us when we are in Maya? Or is he programmed to congratulate us for joining "Krishna's Army"?

Do we need a "Chintamani Web Cartel"? What a name! Next to the Medellin Drug Cartel and the Cali Cartel we now have a "Chintamani Web Cartel".

Meanwhile the BBT International is battling in California's court with Hansadutta das to see who is going to keep the copyrights of Srila Prabhupada's books. Court cases over the right to represent the legacy of one of the greatest souls who touched Mother Earth. Srila Prabhupada is not and will never be the property of any individual or group. He is like the truth. Only with sincerity can he be perceived and properly served.

We are in danger of becoming asara - useless, if we cannot appreciated all Vaisnavas and their right to glorify Srila Prabhupada by printing his pictures and quoting his teachings in print, Internet etc. It will be a disgrace to Srila Prabhupada if his disciples are fighting . Not even the Roman Catholic Church has tried to claim the monopoly on the Bible.

I propose to the Chintamani Web Cartel to turn into a "Web Kartal" to glorify Krishna and his devotees and not to harass them, by creating trouble for some ISKCON critical web pages with their Internet providers.

Terrorism to serve Krishna will not please anyone. The article on VNN about the Temples of Misunderstanding was a great shock. How could anyone sane be involved with people who send bomb attacks on other Vaisnavas. But still self-righteously they will insist: "We can do anything. We are above law, justice, mercy, auditing or hearing our critics. We are Champions of Krishna's Army." - It only so happened that Krishna's Army fought on the side of Duryodhon - against Krishna and Arjuna.

I pray for the rapid recovery of anyone who this description may fit. There are so few people in this world who really want to live a pure life and want to go home back to Godhead.

Let us try to please Srila Rupa Goswami by using the following items in Krishna's service: Unity in Diversity, Forgiving, Tolerance, Transparency, Istagosthi, Humility, Compassion. Everything helpful for all of us together to advance in Krishna Consciousness. Everything helpful to help the world come closer to Vrindavan
