Srila B.V. Tirtha Maharaj:
Srila Tirtha Maharaj explained in the introduction of the meeting that the VVRS is not limited to the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya but it includes (embraces) all the Vaishnavas. Srila Tirtha Maharaj further explained that in order to unite all the Vaishnavas first we have to come on one platform in our Gaudiya Maths (Gaudiya Sampradaya) in order to demonstrate that Gaudiya Vaishnavas are practicing what they are teaching.

Srila B.A. Paramadvaiti Maharaj:
Srila Paramadvaiti Maharaj first introduced the new magazine printed by Srila B.P. Hrsikesh Maharaj.

Then Maharaj introduced the new Commitees which should be started by the effort of all the Vaishnavas from different missions and he humbly requested all the assembled Vaishnavas to participate according to their capacity. Srila Paramadvaiti Maharaj further requested that all the Gaudiya Maths should come together and perform Nagar Sankirtans in order to practice unity amongst the Vaishnavas.

Srila B.V. Tirtha Maharaja strongly supported Srila Paramadvaiti Maharajs proposal of creating commitees and united Nagar Sankirtans and requested every Gaudiya Math to participate.

It was decided that the Nagar Sankirtan in Mayapur will take place 7 days before Gour purnim (the day when Sri Caitanya Gaudiya Math observes Nagar Sankirtan) in order to make Vishva Vaishnava Raj Sabha Nagar Sankirtan with every Gaudiya Math on the same day.

Further it was decided, that the Nagar Sankirtan in Vrindavan (Kartik) will be celebrated 2 days after uttana-ekadasi.

Next year for Gour-purnima the WVA-Meeting will be held 1 day before Nagar Sankirtan in Sri Caitanya Gaudiya Math at 10.00 am
