I just got back from India on September 22, 1998. It has come to my attention that Ram Parashar Prabhu has to go to court trial on Sept. 1998 for eviction. I feel this action is a great injustice and can be avoided. I would like to request 3-4 weeks postponement of the court date so that we can find solution of this problem out of court.

During my visit in India I met my friend Vineet Narain, who also was facing some problem with ISKCON bogus gurus, who are the biggest spiritual evils in Srila Prabhupad's noble mission.

It is my humble request to take this matter under serious consideration now else I will be forced to start a full campaign against this action as well as bogus gurus to expose them via all Indo-American Association.
