Thirty Day "Freeze" in BBT Case

USA (VNN) - Attorneys in the BBT International Inc vs. Hans Kary case have announced that on August 5, 1998, the Court granted the parties' request for a thirty (30) day "freeze" in litigation which will afford the devotees an opportunity to fully explore settlement options. The Court also reset the trial date to November 30, 1998. All of the parties have expressed their desire to resolve the issues consistent with the instructions of His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, Founder-Acarya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, who wanted all of his disciples "to cooperate together in serving the mission of the Lord."
