PUBLICATION July 16, 2003 VNN8224  TKG Puspa Samadhi Festival Video/DVD BY PRANANATHA DAS PUBLICATION, Jul 16 (VNN) — Dear Vaisnavas/Vaisnavis, please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Earlier this year on 15th and 16th Feb a Puspa Samadhi Festival was held for HH Tamal Krishna Goswami, Srila Gurudeva. It was attended by many senior devotees, disciples and well wishers. Shortly after this in Mayapura on the 4th March, the devotees celebrated Srila Gurudeva's Dissappearance day, once again attended by many senior devotees, disciples and well wishers. A disciple of Srila Gurudeva, Ramanuja Prabhu, filmed these events using a new digital video camera, the tapes were sent to me, and after many hours work I am almost finished the editing. The footage will soon be available, (as two part sets), either on tape or DVD. Part 1, contains the festivities (70 mins) and Part 2, the senior devotees/disciples and wellwishers speaking (90 mins). 2 Tape set US$25 plus postage 2 DVD set US$35 plus postage Part 1 was shown to the devotees at Christchurch NZ Temple recently and several described the video as "just like being there". The tapes were shot in PAL format, but if there is enough interest from countries using NTSC (USA, Japan etc) I will have the footage professionally converted.
