Criminal Investigation?

Dear Chakra: Greetings.

I appreciate the comments of Umapati Swami at the bottom of his submission titled: "Sulocana: Getting It Straight".

He states: "ISKCON is not a law-enforcement agency and has neither the facilities nor the personnel to investigate a murder. The Los Angeles police did the investigation, and ISKCON cooperated with them." AND: "It is absurd to expect temple managers to become detectives In today's society, as well as in the Vedic society, criminal investigation is the work of the government, not the priests. Murder is a serious affair, not something to be investigated by amateurs." - Umapati Swami.

OH REALLY? I couldnt agree more. In this spirit, when is ISKCON going to turn the new allegations of murder over to criminal investigation? To Government AUTHORITIES? IM TIRED of the INHOUSE, KEEP IT IN THE FAMILY behavior. What kind of "family" are we? homicide is not a matter for priests.

WHEN IS THOMAS HERTZOG (TKG) going to profess his innocence to reassure all of us he is innocent? When is HE going to make a statement? Im tired of all the other wonderful faithful devotees making their wonderful statements.

I want to hear from Tamal Krsna Goswami. IF HE IS INNOCENT, LET HIM CONVINCE ME- BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT. Let him volunteer to cooperate with a criminal investigation which could include polygraph exams by at least two examiners, grand jury preliminary hearings, and interrogation by professionals. WHAT WORRY DOES HE HAVE IF HE'S INNOCENT??

Please, I beg you all, stop this amateur, unprofessional waste of my time. Lets get on with what needs to be done: THOMAS HERTZOG MUST PROCLAIM HIS INNOCENCE.
