EUROPE May 19, 1999 VNN3901 Comment on this story FFL Bosnia Report BY AKRURA DAS SARAJEVO, BOSNIA, May 19 (VNN) — Since October 1997 Food for Life Bosnia is distributing 8000 hot sandwiches in 2 schools in Sarajevo, every month. One is Primary School for Retarded and Handicapped children "Vladimir Nazor" and Secondary School for Skills and Crafts. In 1996-97 FFL was distributing cookies in hospitals, children homes and old age homes. It distributed about 5000 cookies and fruits every month. In 1997-98 it distributed hot meals. Congeregational devotees from Sarajevo are doing all of the FFL activities. Coordinator of FFL is a disciple of Sri Krsna Ksetra Prabhu - Nandisvara prabhu (Neis Sehic) ex-bussinessman. Bhakta Damir Duran is a manager, bhakta Ognjen Miskovic is a head cook, Sri Niketetana das is assistant cook and bhaktin Gordana Pecanac is a lawyer. FFL Bosnia plans to expands its activities since now there are many needy refugees from Kosovo. Since World Food Program is closing its activities here in June 1999 we invite all ISKCON congregational and temple devotees to help FFL Bosnia.
