EUROPE January 12, 2000 VNN5257 Comment on this story Schism From ISKCON Of Gauramandala BY THE SERVANTS OF SRI GAURAMANDALA ITALY, Jan 12 (VNN) — The Complete Story Of The So Called Schism From ISKCON Of Gauramandala (ISKCON ROME - ITALY) Dear Prabhus, As some of you may have heard, about one year ago we refused to apply a GBC's resolution. As a result, they suspended us from ISKCON official membership and at the same time we suspended ourselves. We are still convinced to have done the right thing and that no vaishnava would have acted differently. As far as us is concerned, we are still members of Prabhupada's Movement and none can suspend us from being part of that ISKCON. Up to now we purposely have made no publicity on the matter, but we think the time has come to tell the Vaishnava society what happened. Please read the story.
