CALENDAR  Invitation To NJNK Germany BY SERVANTS AT NRSIMHA-KSETRA  GERMANY, Aug 8 (VNN) — Encouraged by the overwhelming success of this year's Nrsimha-caturdasi festival - whereby around 300 Devotees had gathered in a blissful mood - we herewith would like to already invite you to the next two upcoming festivals:1) Chandan Yatra /Summer Festival From 8th to 9th August 2003 (Saturday/Sunday), we will be celebrating at Nava-Jiyada-Nrsimha-Ksetra the so-called Chandan Yatra, whereby Sri Sri Prahlada-Laksmi-Nrsimhadeva will be covered completely with sandalwood paste (chandan) as a cooling means against the summer heat. Of course, the whole event will be accompanied by bhajans and kirtans followed by a Maha- Abhiseka of the Deities and a Maha-Feast! 2) Brahmotsava /Autumn Festival On the 6th of September 2003 (Saturday), we wil be having a celebration on the honour of Sri Sri Prahlada-Nrsimhadeva's 21th Anniversary at our farm. In order to have an adequate celebration, we have already selected a series of very special pujas and yajnas. This day is - similarly to Nrsimha-caturdasi - a MUST for any genuine Nrsimha-Bhakta! Due to the fact that September 6th, 2003 (Saturday) will be on an Ekadasi (fasting) day, the actual feast will take place on the ensuing day (Sunday).
