Contacted Vaishnavas through a band called the Cro-Mags in 1988 in NYC. Was in a band with the singer of Rage Against the Machine, called Inside Out. Somehow quit and wound up in Shelter, then got thrown out for non-conformity and started 108. Ended that after about 4 years, and ran and taught a bhakti-sastri live-in school ("VIHE") in Towaco NJ, as the big-bad TP, for 2 years. Realized I needed to get out and get some fresh air, got married to a wonderful lady and now have a really cool and cute little boy named Bhanu.
